More about Dr. Jamey Dyson...
After thoroughly researching the different professions, he decided upon the Chiropractic profession. This decision was largely due to his personal success with Chiropractic, the philosophy upon which Chiropractic is based, and the healthy lifestyle that accompanies a Chiropractic Physician. He went on to attend Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA and graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1998.
During his Chiropractic education, he received extensive post-graduate training in spinal biomechanics and developed a strong interest in techniques which correct structural problems. His focus in practice has always been on improving people’s quality of life through Structural Correction. He continues to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments available and strives to provide the highest quality in spinal care. In 2008, he began teaching our patients more about total wellness and the power of lifestyle in reversing and preventing chronic disease. In May 2009, he became a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner through the International Chiropractic Association after training for 16 months with one of the world's most prolific wellness doctors, Dr. James Chestnut. In 2009, Advanced Chiropractic became the first licensed Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well Center on the west coast of the United States. This allows us to provide the Innate Lifestyle ProgramTM and makes Advanced Chiropractic the premier wellness resource for the Salem/Keizer community! He feels very blessed to have an amazing wife (Crystel), two fantastic children (Aria & Alec), and the greatest dog ever (Callie the Goldendoodle). When he is not serving as a wellness chiropractor, he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, exercising, learning (especially about health and spirituality), working around the house, and being creative (writing & painting). Dr. Dyson is a proud member of the Oregon Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Association's Council on Wellness Science.
