What does "ergonomics" mean? Well, in a nut-shell, it's the study of keeping your body working well during your daily activities. Ergonomics applies to your activities at home, work, and play. Since we spend almost all our time either sitting, standing, or sleeping, it makes sense to focus on these "activities" with some simple ergonomic rules to make sure you are keeping your body working optimally.
